Go to the registration form in the Early Registration Packet. This document can be filled out and e-mailed. First, click on typewriter button on the top of the page. Next, put the curser on the field you are filling in (DATE and so on) it will let you type into those fields. When complete go to file and click on “Attach to e-mail” the e-mail box will open with the document already attached, type sproffitt@projectlifesaver.org into the TO field and click SEND.
To FAX:
Go to the Early Registration Packet and print only the registration form. Complete registration form and FAX to the attention of Sharon Proffitt at 757-546-5503
